Welcome to the Courts of Four Seasons Homeowners Association (COFS) Web Site.  The Courts of Four Seasons community of 183 homes is located in Odenton and Gambrills, Maryland, just minutes from Annapolis, Crofton, and Ft. Meade.  Baltimore and Washington, D.C. are a short drive away.  We hope this website is a valuable resource for homeowners in our community.  Please contact us with ideas or suggestions on how we may improve it.

Update your Contact  Information
Has your contact information changed?  Non-resident owners, do we have your current contact information? Are you new to the Community?  The Board doesn't always receive information about the new homeowner as required by law.  Use the Update Contact Info link to the left to bring up the form.  Fill out the form with as much info as you like, click submit.  It's that easy.

E-mail Address Campaign
The Board receives information from several mailing lists -- local police, AA County, other community associations.  Sometimes we would like to get that information out quickly but putting together a newsletter or even a flyer takes time.  E-mail is much quicker.  Your e-mail address will be used by the Board only and will not be given out to anyone else.

It's time to clean out the garage/basement, get rid of old clothes and kids toys.  The folks in Four Seasons are teaming up with us this year so more participating homes should draw more shoppers.
